I had a great experience with Thames Laundry Services. They were incredibly quick and the service was excellent – my duvet and pillows came back fresh, clean, and perfectly done. I genuinely didn’t realise a collection and delivery service like this even existed, which made the whole thing so easy. I also used them for dry cleaning a few coats, and everything came back in great condition. Super convenient, reliable, and really well executed – would definitely use again.

Clothing washed and folded as expected but would be good if more or better fabric conditioner was used, always good to get a fresh smell of clean laundry. Will supply my own fabric conditioner in future.
