We hold onto items for 90 days and send reminders. After that, they may be at risk of being responsibly disposed of.

We offer a complete garment care service — from everyday laundry and ironing, to specialist dry cleaning, eco-friendly wet cleaning, repairs, alterations and bespoke tailoring. Most orders are ready in 24–48 hours. Need it sooner? Same-day service is available in-store, and you can call us for same-day delivery too — just get in touch.
Everything is cleaned in-house by our experienced and well trained staff. We handle everything from day-to-day general laundry, to your high valued designer items. For specialist rugs and animal hide items, we also offer a specialist clean with a partner company and you will be offered an in-house quote and a leather specialist quote for these items.
Our team are well trained for dealing with tricky stains. Stain removal is never guaranteed and results do vary. It is always best to advise us of any stains and how they occurred to give your items the best care and attention to get the best results for stain removal.
We are very experienced with all types of garments and household item cleaning, providing a comprehensive garment care solution. If there are any items that we are unable to cater for, we will let you know and have them returned on your delivery with no charges.
Dry cleaning uses solvent instead of water, making it perfect for delicate or structured fabrics. It refreshes and protects your clothes without shrinking or damage and is efficient for oil stains.
Wet cleaning is a gentle, water-based alternative to dry cleaning — safer for your garments, your skin, and the environment and efficient for water and natural stains.
A service wash is your everyday laundry done for you — we wash, dry, and fold it all neatly into a bag.
We use professional, non-bio laundry powder — it’s effective and kinder to sensitive skin.

Payments and Pricing
Small (up to 8kg): £6.50
Medium (up to 10kg): £8.00
Large (up to 15kg): £9.50
Dryers: £1 per 6 minutes — add as much time as you need.

Only for pick-up and deliveries. This service is free for orders over £20. Below that, there’s a minimum charge of £20.
Yes, our pick-up and delivery is free for all orders above £20.
Unlike other pick-up and delivery companies, we do not add any extra service charges.
In-store: Pay when dropping off or collecting.
Pick-up/Delivery: We charge you on delivery day with your card registered to your account. If there’s an issue, we’ll call you to sort it out before your delivery.
Pick-up & Delivery
You can book online or by phone. Your driver will come collect from the date and time chosen. Once collected, we will confirm your items by email and your completed order will be returned on the date and time you have chosen — hassle free.

You can drop your items off in-store in either Shepperton or Lower Sunbury or by booking a collection online or by phone — whatever works for you. More information here
Yes! We offer flexible recurring pickups — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. And when you book a regular slot, you’ll receive 5% off every order as a thank-you.
Add them to the “special instructions” box when booking, or speak to our team in-store.
Please separate your items by service — for example, use one bag for dry cleaning, another for ironing, another for laundry, and a separate bag for tailoring. Make sure everything is packed in clean, secure, and suitable bags. If you have any preferences or special instructions, just let us know when booking.
You can reschedule your pick-up and delivery order online here or by giving us a call to amend or cancel your order.
Yes! Just leave us delivery notes when booking or call us directly if you are not going to be in and would still like your order delivered to a safe location or with a neighbour.
Yes, we can deliver to your home, workplace, or another address within our service area. If you need to have your order delivered back to a different address, let us know ahead of your delivery date.
If you can’t make your booking time, let us know in advance before your booking slot. Missed bookings may be charged £10.
